Female Public Mini Skirt No Knickers

pumpkin and pepper soup with coconut

fact, there are recipes for pumpkin soup as a penny. I have therefore not only based on a recipe, but just cooked straight on. That has come out here:

Ingredients: 1 large onion

4 anchovy fillets 3-4 tbsp olive oil

1 small pumpkin
güne 2-3 tbsp curry paste 400 ml coconut milk

1 / 2 liter
broth 1 / 2 leek
2 peppers (red and yellow)
sugar, salt, pepper

Preparation:
Peel the onion and dice. Sauté together with the anchovy fillets in olive oil. Peel the squash, if necessary, remove seeds and dice. About 5 minutes along with the onions fry. Curry paste, fry for a few minutes. Pour in broth and coconut milk.
the leek into slices, cut the pepper into cubes and add to the soup. Cover and cook on medium heat.
puree with a magic wand and season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper.
