Instant Pho
Tonight was the instant Pho from the Vietnam-food parcel in the tasting.
The bag containing the rice noodles 3 packets of soup ingredients (soup base, vegetables, chili sauce), and a larger bag with a meat preparation.
Preparation:
the contents of the three little bags together with the noodles in a bowl. add 400 ml boiling water, stir, cover and leave for 3 minutes.
give the end, the meat preparation thereof.
And what about taste?
Amazingly well. The meat product is better than expected. Although is not the instant version of a fresh approach Pho, but I think the claim is not raised.
In any case, it beats all German soups bag by a mile!
My conclusion: which can be for absolute emergencies sometimes have a bag in the closet.
