No, for me is not always cooked. Sometimes it is also rapid, cold kitchen. Or at least only partially warm kitchen. Because without is not in any way.
Today I could have left it as such even in sandwiches (gorgonzola and sausage). But with a grilled tomato and some scrambled eggs the better.
